What is One-on-One Personal Coaching?
Just like it sounds. Cindy will work with you and only you during your training session and give you 100% of the attention and not split it others while training.
What is Partner Personal Coaching?
Want to workout with your mate, spouse or friend? Here’s your chance to get in shape as a couple without one being overly aggressive toward the other. Cindy teaches techniques that will compliment each partner the same while developing the beach body you both want.
What is Group Personal Coaching?
Group training is when Cindy trains a group of 3 – 6 people at one time. She will have you all doing something different and checking on everyone’s form. Attention is obviously split between each person.
